Pick a starting footprint from our semi-standardised range — sized for offices, studios, gyms or annexes — or commission a fully bespoke layout.

Customise
Specify cladding, glazing, internal finishes, electrics and HVAC. Render-led design means you see exactly what you'll get before we build a thing.

Manufacture
Your SIP panels are precision-cut in our facility. Eco-friendly ground screw foundations are installed on your site in a single day — no concrete, no mess, and fully removable at end of life.

Install
Our installation team assembles your room on the prepared foundations. From slab to handover, most projects complete in 5–10 days on site.
