Thank you for choosing Green & Glass. This handbook explains every stage of your project, from quotation through to completion and aftercare. Our aim is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication and a first-class customer experience.
Payment schedule

Quotation basis
All quotations are based upon visible site conditions at the time of survey. Unforeseen conditions discovered after work commences may require additional labour, materials or engineering and will be treated as a variation.
Payment terms
Green & Glass reserves the right to suspend works where stage payments become overdue. Ownership of all materials remains with Green & Glass until full payment has been received.
Practical completion
Practical completion occurs when the garden room is substantially complete and fit for its intended purpose. Minor snagging items will not delay practical completion or final payment.
Warranty
Green & Glass provides a 10-year structural warranty and a 12-month workmanship warranty. Exclusions include fair wear and tear, accidental damage, flooding, storm damage, lack of maintenance, misuse and unauthorised third-party alterations.
Aftercare
Any snagging or warranty issues should be reported promptly by email. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and arrange any necessary inspections or remedial works.
Privacy
Customer information is used solely for the administration of your project, legal compliance and customer support and is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Complaints procedure
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
Force majeure
Green & Glass shall not be liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, supplier shortages, strikes, utility interruptions or government restrictions.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
